First, it is important to realize all lag is NOT equal. Watching your arrows in slow motion or the fire ball you know is going to get you coming, pretty, but deadly is not fun.
Second, if you have a crash, icq or let another know so we can invis and stand guard by you. We have done this many times and it works great.
Third, don't follow Ai Lote. She is lost most of the time. j/k
Fourth, With this group it has never been about looting or fame grabbing. Two things i have admired from the very first time i went.
Fifth, If you're in grave danger, run to the healers not away from them.
I pull up or try to pull up the warriors health bars because they are taking the direct hits. With lag i no longer cast cure but heal because by the time i do, another has already done the cure.
****as most know if youre in danger i will ride smack into the monster trying to draw its attention away from you. This does work quite well. (laughing)
**** with orders being in caps helps me alot and perhaps others too. It is usually late and tired eyes do not always see fine print. Maybe we could say 'Caps' for those occasions by the leader are okay and even shout is good. Orders aren't given in those situations quietly. That helps so much.
Some may not sit back, relax and go through a dungeon. Some may actually get very tense and be pushing their control through the pad, trying to make a supreme effort to help another.
**** I love the idea of collecting the hides for the tailors. We tried a couple of times and the spawn went crazy and we were just not able to do it.
****If a new one comes, i pull up their life just to be safe. Those of us who fearlessly hunt together have a feel for how the other works. The new one is at a disadvantage.
I like the idea of a purpose for going, even if it would be to reach say level 3 of a dungeon. I think most of us stay ic and have a grand time.
