The man, as some would call him entered the room cautiously. His dark blue pupilless eyes surveyed his surroundings and the company that he had joined.
Quickly moving to a solitary table he opened a old tattered parchment, and began to scratch away at a worn book.
His findings in The Glade were not what he had expected, with insticnts sharpened with eight hundred years of lonliness, he surveyed the room untill his eyes dropped onto one. A Lady by the name Of Kryn, drew his attention, she appeared young, at a first glance but as he studied her, he noticed marks of wisdom across her face. She moved with an air of elegance he had seen before. Half lost in thought he notices the markings on her arm, "Of the Hand" and he suddenly realizes who she is. A servant of his distant cousin.
His eyes lower back to the parchment he had studied for the past few centuries, things appeared clearer in his mind.
"Has anyone had word of Setzer?"The lady asked.
He was interested in his cousins motives, and slowly moved towards the woman.
"I may have,.."he responded
The woman glanced up at the man, and studied him a while, she dismissed his offer without a notion of who he was.
He smiled to himself, as if remembering something about the woman he had only seen for the first time five minutes ago.
He returned to his chair after a breif argument with the woman.
He stroked his beard, and consulted the men he had been dealing with recently, they sent pidgeons telling him of the woman, and the man Known as "Setzer". He grinned to himself expecting to hear from the pair again.....
The man slowly decends into the shadows, without a soul noticing his departue....the only mark of his leave, a slight smirk emerging from the darkness...
