Elf Names

You came to the right place Master Allen, I'm a person who takes names quite seriously (shut up Strong). First and foremost, you have to stay away from the "cool" names. I've seen too many kids on here named SuPeRfReAk, rodentman, and Steve the Elf, among other things. Names like that give me such a migraine. I'd also avoid names from the Lord of the Rings simply because they've been over-used so much. Apologies to my friends in the Grey Company, but I've met enough Arwens, Glorfindels, Elronds, and Galadriels during the last three years to hold a freakin' convention. Therefore, when in doubt, make something up. Just make sure it sounds elvish. Something like Elohin Lightstar, or Tanir Danathin, or Sindel Tamaraith, something like that. I know, it's not a GREAT guide, but I hope it helps some.
