I think that its only part of Tolkiens dialekt and there are also other parts to it. (not sure where from) For example if you have read lord of the rings then if you look on page 94 (depends on copy you have) there is elvish there saying 'a star shines on the hour of our meeting' exactly the same as used to say that here. I dont think this is true for all the elvish used here.(someone else can explain this better than i can.) I hope ive helped but i probably told you what you already new. Oh well! *sighs then smiles*
