I'd almost say that "leitha" would correspond with "freedom" more than "free"--I can't for the life of me think how "free" can operate as a noun. (If someone can, please give me an example so that I can see. I checked dictionary.com and it didn't list any noun forms.) The noun form of "to free" would be "freedom," I believe. So leitha.
