| While I would like to believe that Q's suggestion to 'buy elven' was just an oversight on his part, and he actually meant our entire community.. elves, fairies, hobbits, and humans, I cannot be sure. With that in mind, I have some things I need to say. In my real life, I am both Native American AND Jewish (weird mix I know.. don't ask.. hehe) Anyway, I have fought prejudice and slights my entire life. I don't believe in choosing who I do business with based on their race. It's wrong, plain and simple. If I were to raise my three small children to only frequent establishments run by say.. Jews, I would be considered a terrible, bigoted person. Personally, I try very hard not to take anything that happens in this game personally, but, I cannot let this slide. Please, Q'wellen. If you honestly meant for elves to buy only elven made products, rethink your position. We have wonderful crafts made by all sorts of races in our lovely community. Lets keep it lovely by not introducing bigotry. |
